About Dr. Tekeste Teclu
Meet the Lead Facilitator, Dr. Tekeste Teclu Founder & Lead Facilitator
Dr. Teclu is married with two children and two grandkids. He is an educator and author dedicated to global leadership development.
With extensive experience teaching leadership at the university level and developing graduate departments, he has spent decades training youth and church leaders through seminars, YouTube, and interactive online spaces. He is the author of foundational books on servant leadership, structural succession, and purposeful living, including Participate and Let Others to Participate for Success, Developing Leaders and Succession, and the upcoming volume The Journey of Abundant Life.
